Our team reviews the equipment against current market comps. Most quotes come back within 48 hours. We will tell you what we can buy, what we cannot, and why.

  3. 03

    We confirm logistics

Once you accept the quote, we coordinate pickup, packaging, and data sanitization if applicable. We work with your facilities and IT teams directly.

  4. 04

    We take it in

Equipment moves through documented chain of custody from your dock to ours. Serial numbers are reconciled at pickup and again at intake.

    You get paid

Payment terms are Net 7 on standard deals, Net 30 by arrangement. Certificates of Destruction and Recycling are issued when applicable.

For this category

  • Crestron systems are reset to factory defaults before resale; system files are wiped.
  • Conferencing devices are unenrolled from MDM, room provisioning systems, and SSO before resale.
  • For Pro AV staging gear, we account for road wear in the condition grade and price accordingly.
  • Lot purchases of cables, mounts, and infrastructure are priced as a single bundle.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions we hear often.

Yes. Crestron processors and touch panels are reset to factory defaults before resale — programming does not affect resale value. If you can share the original SIMPL or SIMPL# program files, that is helpful for buyers, but it is not required.
Conferencing devices (Poly, Logitech, Cisco, Yealink) must be unenrolled from your MDM, room provisioning portal, and SSO before resale. We help coordinate this with your IT team. Devices still tied to your tenant cannot be resold until released.
Honestly, it depends. For equipment under 3 years old with active OEM trade-in programs (Crestron, Poly, Logitech all offer them), the OEM credit is often the better deal because it bundles with new purchases. For older gear, mixed-vintage lots, or when you are not buying new equipment, Capilleh typically offers more cash value. We will tell you upfront which path makes more sense.
Yes. Road-worn gear is graded honestly — cosmetic wear, missing accessories, and prior repairs are factored in. Pro AV staging equipment retains meaningful value when functionally sound. Send us a list with condition notes.
Corporate equipment is typically rack-mounted, cosmetically clean, and well-maintained — premium pricing. Staging gear is portable, often shows road wear, but is built to be tougher — pricing reflects condition and functional grade. Both are welcome.
Commercial displays (NEC, Samsung commercial, LG commercial) yes. Direct-view LED video wall systems case-by-case — they involve significant freight and reinstallation cost, which factors into the offer.
Yes. Full room decommissions are routine — codec, displays, mounts, control, audio, cabling. We coordinate with your AV integrator (or send our own crew) to dismount, palletize, and ship.
