Consign surplus IT, AV, and security equipment
Datacenter, networking, audio-visual, and security equipment. You keep ownership until each item sells; we catalog, list, negotiate, collect payment, and ship.
- You keep title
- Agreed minimum prices
- Statement with every payout
- No upfront fees
How consignment works
Consignment means you keep ownership of your equipment while we sell it for you. We receive it, list it across our sales channels, handle buyers and offers, collect payment, and ship.
Before anything is listed we agree on a minimum acceptable sale price for each item, so we can negotiate and close without coming back to you on every offer.
When an item sells, the net proceeds are split. You are paid on a regular schedule, with a statement showing every sale.

What you get
A portal for your inventory
See every item you have consigned, its status, where it is listed, and what has sold, with a statement for every payout.
Get an item back if you need it
If a consigned item is still in stock and you need it for a project, request it back through the portal. It is returned for a handling fee stated in your terms.
Multiple sales channels, one contact
We catalog, photograph, list across our direct and third-party channels, handle buyers and offers, collect payment, and ship. You deal with one person.
Your floor price, in writing
A minimum acceptable price per item is agreed before anything is listed. Nothing sells below it without your approval.
Typically a better return than a cash offer
Each item sells at its own market price instead of a single lot number. Worth the wait when the equipment is recognizable and in demand.
No upfront cost
We are paid from the sale. Inbound freight is yours; storage is included for an initial period stated in your terms.
Sell directly or consign
Need it gone this month, or can you wait for the better return? Not sure? Send the list and we will tell you which fits.
We buy the lot outright
Send the list. We make an offer, coordinate pickup, and pay within three business days of validating the equipment.

Terms at a glance
- The split
- Typically a better return than a cash offer. The split of net sale proceeds is quoted per lot, in writing, before anything ships. Net sale proceeds means the price actually collected, less marketplace and payment fees, refunds, and any seller-funded freight. Sales tax is excluded.
- Pricing
- We agree on a minimum acceptable sale price per item before listing. We control advertised pricing and close at or above your minimum.
- Freight
- Inbound freight is the consignor's responsibility. Outbound freight is charged to the buyer wherever practical.
- Storage
- An initial storage period is included. A per-unit monthly rate applies after that, and it is stated in your terms. Oversized or special-handling items are quoted before we accept them.
- Payouts
- On a regular schedule, after buyer funds clear and any return or hold period ends, with a statement of every sale.
- Term
- A fixed initial term, then month-to-month with written notice. Return freight on unsold items is the consignor's cost.
- Ownership
- Title stays with you until an item sells. You confirm you own the equipment free of undisclosed liens and that the details you supply are accurate.
Summary only. Terms are subject to inventory verification and a signed consignment agreement, which controls if anything here differs.

Is consignment right for you?
A good fit
- Recognizable brands and models with real resale demand.
- New, open-box, or working equipment worth enough per unit to justify the wait.
- You can wait weeks to months for a better return than a cash offer.
Not a fit
- You need cash or the space cleared this month. Sell it outright instead.
- Low-value, damaged, or untestable items that cost more to handle than they return.
- You need a price above what the market is actually paying.
